In the manufacturing industry, the processing precision is largely determines the quality of machining parts, precision parts processing and CNC itself is a very demanding processing means, the traditional processing method can achieve a better effect, there are many other processing methods do not have the advantage, so the processing of precision parts are CNC advantage?


1, multi axis control linkage: in general, three axes are most commonly used, but through some adjustment, four axis, five axis, seven axis or even more linkage axis machining centers can be achieved.

5, overload protection for machine tools. According to the load of production process, the maximum load degree is set. When the load reaches the set point, the machine tool can automatically turn off the power and turn off the machine, so as to protect the machine.
